Sarah Dale

MSc., RP, RSW, RMFT (she/her)

Co-Director (Owner)

Sarah is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). She is also a Certified Sex Therapist and a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist (CACFT). Her practice has a focus on relationship and sex therapy concerns with both individuals and couples, as well as trauma-informed care.  Sarah obtained her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology from Brock University, and her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counselling from Niagara University.  Sarah’s training included the completion of a 1000-hour clinical internship, which involved over 700 hours of direct client contact and over 100 hours of supervision.  Sarah has extensive training in Couple Therapy.  She has received over 200 hours of clinical supervision in relational and sex therapy post-graduation.  Sarah has training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) approaches. Sarah also provides clinical supervision to Registered Psychotherapists, Sex Therapists, and students pursuing degrees in Psychotherapy.

Stephanie Aniol

MSW, RSW (she/her)

Co-Director (Owner)

Stephanie has undergraduate and graduate degrees in social work and is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. Her approach is informed by attachment theory and an understanding of trauma, supported by multiple trainings in both areas; she is additionally trained in EFT, The Gottman Method, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Neurobehavioural Therapy and Narrative Practice. While Stephanie tailors her therapeutic approach to individual client need, what is consistent is her focus on building collaborative and non-judgmental relationships with clients. Stephanie is passionate about supporting clients to better connect to themselves and others, and is known for bringing kindness, levity and care to this work that she loves.

Amna Baig

MSW, RSW (she/her)

Associate

Amna is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). She received her undergraduate degree in social work from McMaster University, and completed her Masters of Social Work (with advanced standing) at the University of Toronto. Her education included completion of several mental health based internships. Amna has received training invarious therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy. She draws upon these approaches in her work with clients, and is committed to providing anti-oppressive and culturally informed practice to individuals and couples.

Tanya Beach

MA, RP (Qualifying) (she/her)

Associate

Tanya Beach is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Her clinical training includes over 450 hours of client contact and ongoing clinical supervision. Tanya’s practice is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and centers on supporting individuals and couples navigating relational distress and emotional disconnection. She also supports neurodivergent clients, in particular those with ADHD. Tanya’s approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in the belief that safe relationships—both with others and with ourselves—are key to healing and growth. She brings a trauma-informed lens to her work and is committed to helping clients foster secure and meaningful connections.

Laura Crawford

Laura is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). She received her Masters in Social Work from the University of Michigan, and her Bachelor of Arts from Queen’s University. Her training included a year long clinical social work internship on a Level IV Neonatal ICU. Laura has extensive experience working with adults, couples, families, and youth in various settings, including in the community, private practice, and schools. Her practice is grounded in trauma-informed principals and client-centered care. Laura has training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness approaches.

Maureen Donlevy

She is has completed post-graduate training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for individuals, couples, and families. Maureen integrates a range of evidence-based approaches, including Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT).

With extensive experience providing therapy to individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds, Maureen has supported clients dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, identity exploration, trauma, and relationship concerns. Her background in organizational consulting also gives her a unique understanding of workplace challenges, leadership dynamics, and the impact of change on individuals and teams.

Elisa Gores

Elisa is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies and Anthropology from Barnard College and her Master’s in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago. Elisa’s graduate degree included 1100 hours of clinical internships focused on mental health counselling. During her graduate degree and post-graduation, Elisa has sought out specialized training in couple and relationship therapy, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method. She also has training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy.

Julia Houston

Caroline Jones

MC, RP (she/her)

Associate

Caroline is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She received her Masters in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Family and Child Studies from the University of Nipissing and a university certificate in Counselling Women from the University of Athabasca. Caroline completed levels one and two in Advanced Clinical Trauma Skills from the Sick Kids Center for Community Mental Health and she completed the Power of Awareness for Mindfulness Meditation and Self-Compassion from the Awareness Training Institute. Caroline has also completed various training in therapeutic modalities including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Therapy. She is certified in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) which is an approach that helps individuals process difficult emotions, heal the impacts of trauma, strengthen their sense of self, and create more secure and fulfilling relationships. Caroline applies attachment theory as her foundation for understanding the human psyche. Caroline loves her work and views each client as a unique individual with the potential to flourish. She believes in collaboratively creating brave and compassionate spaces with her clients to heal and grow in therapy.

Amy McMillan

Amy is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO.) She holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Amy takes a warm, client-centered approach, and integrates evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, parts work, attachment theory, self-compassion, and mindfulness. She incorporates techniques from CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy and Narrative Therapy to support meaningful change. Amy is committed to creating a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, strengthen their relationships, and work towards healing. Amy has always felt comfortable talking about sex and extends this comfort into her work with clients. She has a special interest in working with couples, having trained in the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
